What is the location?

The address is Warley Gap, Warley, Brentwood CM13 3UJ. We are situated next door to Brentwood Leisure Park.

How long does the experience last?

The experience will last up to approximately 90 mins. Unless you enter Room 13 – then you may never return.

Can I attend if I suffer from a condition?

Due to the intensity of our Unique Experience, it is deemed unsuitable for anyone with the following conditions;

Asthma / Epilepsy / Heart Conditions / High Blood Pressure / Limited Mobility / Motion Sickness / Pregnancy / Nervous Disposition / Claustrophobia / Nyctophobia / or any other Anxiety disorder/ Sensitivity to loud noises

TRIGGER WARNING: Room 13 may not be suitable for survivors of narcissistic, psychological, emotional, physical abuse or PTSD.

STRONG language and scenes of a violent nature are used throughout this attraction

What is the age limit?

The House Of Horror is for ages 16+ and above. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the house of horror wheelchair accessible?

No.

What if the experience becomes too intense?

You will be given a safe-word should you wish to end the terror. A member of the team shall guide you to the nearest exit.

What is the dress code?

Due to some of our features, clothes may become stained.Suitable clothing should be worn always, we advise long trousers/leggings and long sleeve tops. The building may become cold at times, bring warm clothing should it be needed.

Loose clothing and clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the House Of Horror. Please also ensure you wear comfortable, flat shoes.

Any sharp items i.e. badges, jewellery and particularly pendant earrings/chains can be left in the lockers provided prior to entering the experience. Spectacles should only be worn if necessary. You may be security checked on entry to the House Of Horror.

*Please note, we do not accept any responsibility for the loss of or damage to any personal property you bring onto our premises. You should therefore ensure that valuable items are left at home.

Do you have a waiting area?

We encourage everyone to wait safely in our briefing room. Within you will find food and refreshments.

Why do I need to sign a waiver before entering?

You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme lowvisibility, strobe lights, wet conditions, special effects, sudden actions, andan overall physically demanding environment. If you have any doubt as towhether this experience is likely to be suitable for you, you should seek your ownmedical advice in advance

This can be an aggressive experience, and our actors are trained will come in contact with you. You CANNOT in any way return the contact. You will be provided a safe-word should you wish to leave theexperience. (Tickets are non-refundable)

We are not held responsible for any psychological or physical issues that are caused by our experience.

By signing the waiver you also agree that House of Horror Ltd may use photographic, video or other images of you taken during the attraction for subsequent advertising and promotion purposes without any fee or consideration.

Management reserve the right to remove anyone from the experience at any point, that acts in a disruptive, abusive or violent manner.We do not tolerate any ill treatment towards our staff or actors.

Are my tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. Your Ticket is a licence to enter the house at your own risk. All patrons assume all risk and danger incidental to the House Of Horror before, during and after the experience. View our Ticket Policy

PLEASE NOTE: PERSONAL FILMING DEVICES ARE BANNED FROM THE HOUSE OF HORROR. ANYONE FOUND TO BE RECORDING (USING ANY MEDIA WHATSOEVER) ANY PART OF THEIR EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND.

Do you sell food, drink or merchandise at the experience?

We sell refreshments before and after the experience. You can also visit our gift store for the purchase of souvenirs and merchandise.

Alcohol is NOT available for purchase on site and management reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone heavily under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal substances.

Please note: Due to limited capacity, it's possible you will be paired with another group as part of the experience, this is subject to availability on the booking date and time and each experience holds a maximum of 10 people.
