Ticket Policy

All persons entering the House of Horror must pay for general admission or hold a valid carer ticket.

Tickets are non-transferable, not for resale and will become automatically void on any transfer for value.

All tickets are non-refundable.

The provision of discounts, refund and/or additional access facilities is provided at the sole discretion of Unique experiences Global, operating as House Of Horror.

Your Ticket is a license to enter the house at your own risk. All patrons assume all risk and danger incidental to the House Of Horror before, during and after the experience.


Visitors with special requirements

Visitors may have additional needs and can be entitled to one free carer ticket which acts as the equivalent to the full price purchased ticket of the guest.

To be entitled to a carer ticket, the guest must provide the following documentation alongside photo ID;

Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance Award Letter (Dated within last 6 months)

Personal Independence Payment Letter (Dated within the last 6 months)

Current and Valid Blue badge

A Headed Letter from GP or Consultant (Dated within the Last 6 months) confirming the need for a full-time carer.
